Bond Advisory Committee
The district’s most recent capital bond passed with voter approval in February of 2020 and provided a scope of projects for six years. That bond provided the district with funding to modernize safety and security in every school in the district as well as many important school-related projects including (click links to see description and photos):

The last few projects form the 2020 Capital Bond are currently underway:

The Bond Advisory Committee contributed to the above projects by reviewing a lot of information about school needs, facility conditions, discussing priorities, etc. and proposing bond options for the school board to consider for the ballot measure.

It is time to begin another Bond Advisory Committee to prepare for a future capital bond, most likely in 2026. We would like to include representation from across the district including parents, staff, high school students and community members. Meetings will begin in January of 2025 and will generally meet the first and third Tuesday of the month in the evening. Specific meetings dates and times are noted on the interest form.

If you are interested in serving on the Bond Advisory Committee, please follow this link to complete the ParentSquare form by Nov. 29. Selected members will be notified by mid-December.

If you know of any community members who may be interested in this committee and don’t have access to ParentSquare, they can complete this online Google form.
