Mukilteo Elementary School, originally built in 1982, is situated on 9.8 acres within the City of Mukilteo. The existing facility encompasses 41,727 square feet and includes ten portable classrooms. A comprehensive master plan for the school's complete replacement has been developed, outlining the scope of Phase I, which involves relocating these ten classrooms into a new, dedicated building.

Phase I will introduce a new building of approximately 19,973 square feet. This phase also includes significant site work, such as the development of a play area, walkways, fire lane enhancements, and landscaping improvements. Additionally, new utility services will feature a storm detention system to manage water runoff effectively. Construction is slated to commence in Summer 2024, with the project expected to reach completion by Fall 2025.
